While the service experience at many automobile dealerships is often characterized by high prices, rude service and dirty conditions, you'll encounter something decidedly different, and better, at Land Rover Portland.

As you enter our service area you will find a spotlessly clean environment. You will notice neatly kept files and cheerful flower displays. You will be promptly be greeted by a friendly Service Team member, who will help to coordinate your visit.

As soon as that conversation is completed, you will be invited to wait in our comfortable lounge where you can enjoy a cup of Torefazzione coffee and the daily Oregonian or Wall Street Journal. Depending upon the scope of the service, you may find it more convenient for us to provide you with alternate transportation. We can offer a ride to and from any destination in the area or, perhaps, the use of one of our complimentary Land Rover Service Loaner Vehicles if you have purchased your vehicle from Land Rover Portland. (We also provide rental vehicles.)

Land Rover Portland's technical team is comprised of highly trained and experienced professionals. No less than four are Land Rover Master Technicians - the highest level of achievement in their profession. The others are all factory trained, and most are Land Rover Certified Pre-Owned Technicians - the next highest level of achievement. Our technicians work in a state-of-the-art facility with the latest in computerized diagnostic equipment, including several of Land Rover's highly sophisticated TestBook systems. They also have available every special tool offered by Land Rover since the company's reentry into the North American market in 1987.

When you return for your Land Rover following its servicing, we will present it to you carefully cleaned and vacuumed. A member of our Service Team will explain the scope of our work, item by item. As you reenter the vehicle, you will notice a card dangling from the mirror with the signatures of those team members who have performed the work - their personal seal of excellence.

Our Service Department practices extraordinary environmental responsibility. Land Rover Portland has been honored for its outstanding commitment to environmental stewardship by the Pollution Prevention Outreach Team (P2O), a partnership of eight regional public agencies. We are the first auto dealership, and one of only a small number of Oregon businesses to have been Certified Pre-Owned by P2O as an Eco-Logical Business. This program specifically recognized our efforts to limit waste and prevent damage through spills or improper disposal of potentially harmful materials.
